Jenny & Kenneth Keavey started Green Earth Organics box delivery scheme in 2006. Their farm is situated 8 miles from Galway city. They are currently farming on 18 acres of organically certified land and employ 5 full time employees and 2 part-time employees.
From 6am every day our team of bakers get to work to produce our brown bread, scones, cup cakes, trifles, and desserts.
Quality and freshness has always been important to us at the Huntsman and you will taste the difference in fresh baked the minute you put it in your mouth.
Our traditional beer battered fish & chips is one of the biggest sellers at the Huntsman Inn. Mary's team are experienced professionals whose mission is to get the people of Galway eating and loving fish.

Our Free Range Eggs are supplied by Mike Browne of Aran Gourmet Food who would be well recognised from his Saturday Market Stall.
